Help me please

Hi, I'm all new when it come to using an iPhone and I have set up my Apple ID and everything but I got to the App store to download something and it tells me this Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store. Tap review to sign in, then review your account information. Please can someone help me. I've tried signing out n back in resetting my settings turning my phone off and on again. Nothing is working.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2

Did you enter a payment method when creating the ID? If you did and it was accepted, try this.


Sign out of your Apple ID, then try to download an app. Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Your Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Go back to the App Store and find an app that you want to download. Try to download it. You should be prompted to sign in. Sign in and see if it will work.
