Q: Is there a way to use my iPhone as a mouse and keyboard officially from Apple?

I know that there are 3rd party apps, but isn't there a way to use my iPhone as a keyboard or mouse/trackpad??

I mean, I'm saying, can my iPhone communicate with my computer like my Apple Watch does with my iPhone??

Is there a way Apple can allow a constant consistent communication corded, Bluetooth or wifi and do you agree??

Edit: Just noticed this is posted in AppleTV, so this may not be relevant.

There is no app by Apple to do that, I use an app called TouchPad to control my Mac hooked up to my TV, it has no keyboard or mouse attached and I just use the iPhone/iPad.

Thanks! I use an app called Mouse Pro and it changes orientation and everything for each app, but having my iPad, iPhone, or Apple Watch in the loop with my MacBook and Mac Mini

If you mean controlling Apple TV, then Yes, Apple's Remote app, installed in any iDevice, allows full menu control and keyboard input on ATV and/or iTunes on your computer.

Apple have just released its Apple TV Remote app for iOS 9.3.2 or later.
