FaceTime keeps asking to use confidential information?

I'm trying to log into my FaceTime but I keep getting a popup from Keychain asking to use my confidential information?

No matter what I click, I keep getting logged out. This is really frustrating me and I keep missing important meetings because of this. I don't want to use Keycahin Access at all, to be honest, and I wish to disable it completely. Is there a solution to this? If not, how can I disable Keychain access completely?
