Q: Family Sharing: Indevidual Payment Methodes

Not really a question, and I know this has been requested so many times, but I want a clear answer. Will Apple in the feature release an update containing the ability for each family member to have their own "Payment Method". I am 13, and in a family of 4. We like to share photos and apps to each other through family sharing, and we love the way it is set up. Now that I have my own PayPal that is connected to my debit, I can now buy things online myself with my own money. The thing is I can't do it with Apple because my Apple ID is inside a "Family Sharing" setup, therefore we have to share the organizers "Payment Method". This feature is very needed not just for me, but I bet tons more other as well.
