Q: Apple ID security questions problem
Hello everyone,
I'm having problem to Answer my Security Questions as I've forgot my Security Answers and I'm unable to change these in Security and Devices sections of Apple ID:
1. Password
2. Rescue Email
3. Security Questions
4. Two-Step Verification
5. Devices
I've found only one way to Contact Apple Support for Apple ID via CALL (I'm from Lahore, Pakistan/Asia)
Call Apple Support
00800 01001, then 800 361 0479
06:00 to 15:00 (Monday through Friday)
When I call it says 'The call center is currently closed and you can go online at: http://support.apple.com/asia' but, here's the only one option which is again to call at the above said telephone number which is closed when I make calls in the given time/days.
I'm in trouble with this since a year ago. Is there anyway to get solve this issue please let me know your thoughts :<
I DON'T SEE THIS OPTION: RESET YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS.
