I still see a black screen after charging, force restarting, and following the steps in the article you've sent. I can't call the Apple Support Team because I'm from Europe and they only work on weekdays and now it's Saturday. I don't know what to do...

Jul 30, 2016 5:29 AM in response to Jonathan UKby rose.on.aish,I can't contact any other Apple Support because they ask for my serial number and then they tell me that "Here are the support and service options available where you are." and there's only a phone number with a schedule (Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5 pm). Thanks though for taking time to reply to me, I wrote them on Twitter and I really hope to receive a respond. I'm pretty worried, because I can't afford buying a new phone now
