My itunes used to let me put my mp3 files into the program with the file names. Although now it only uses the title names instead. I downloaded mediamonkey to try it out to help organize my music, I no longer have it though. I cannot be sure, but I believe the problem arose at the same time that I used the program. When I looked up how to fix it people have said to download a program. I would rather just go back to how my computer was able to use the file names for both my files and itunes. Thanks.
