I wish to close my HBO Now account. Your process is incredibly complicated. Your directions do not correlate. I see no "Subscription" or "Settings" after "View My Account". When I try to ask you a question you direct me through several delays to my apple password. When I enter it I am informed that it does not work. When I try the HBO Now password that does not work either. WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED? There should be a single "Cancellation" button. Even now I am not sure if this letter will reach you because I am not sure where I am in the process. Again, how do I close my HBO Now account?
