GPS via cellular data doesn't work.

Hello,

Apple Maps app cannot find my location while using cellular data, or sometimes, not accurately. While moving, app's marker goes completely to the other direction and when standing still, it goes off to the side by itself. Although, the app, through Wi-Fi connection, works perfectly and without flaws.

My device and apps are up to date. I've also tried:

-Doing a network reset.

-Doing a total reset and restore in my phone.

-Doing a reboot.

-Uninstalling third party apps.

Any help? Is it hardware malfunction?
