Duplicate Apple ID/Email Address

We have had the Apple ID/email address of sxxxxx@mac since 2004. I have always understood, that even though I chose to never use the @me.com or @icloud.com versions, they did by default, belong to us. Recently we began receiving digital receipts addressed to sxxxxx@icloud for purchases made in England. I don't think so, but is this possibly a case of fraud? Just in case, I have contacted both the stores in England. To make sure that a duplicate email address has not been mistakenly assigned, who at Apple might I contact about this matter? A sincere Thank You to everyone in advance for any help.

First, sberman, thanks much for the reply. I was pretty sure that I was the proud owner of all three email versions (@mac, @me & @icloud). Thanks to reading the link that you cited, I now know that I am. However, that is not really the problem that I am trying to solve. My problem is that someone in England is either correctly or incorrectly using my email address (the @icloud version of my address). If correctly, then Apple has mistakenly issued a duplicate address. If incorrectly, then possibly a typo or fraud is the blame. That is why I have contacted the stores in England that sent me the digital receipts. And it is also why I would like to know how to contact Apple about the issue. Sorry that I was not more clear. Does anyone know what Apple email address or phone number would be best to contact? Thanks
