Coupons for photo book?

Does Apple ever offer coupons for Photos? We have tried to use Photos to manage our library and create photo books. Sorry Apple, but it is really awful. Awful. Now we want to order a book and, to add insult to injury, the prices are astronomical. Every other online service offers coupons. Does Apple?
