I can't remember the answers to my security questions and am not given the option to reset, what do I do?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3

Hello,
1. are you able to log in your appleid account ?

2. try different browser.


if not then:

1. Call apple care

2. They will ask you 3 security questions that you provided while opening that apple id.

3. They will also ask your Credit card information (if you have any on your account)

4. They will ask your Temporary Support Pin ( if you cannot login to your appleid, you are not able to provide that)

You have to give at least 2 correct information about your Appleid. Then they will help you out for sure.
