pokemon go unable to purchase coins

I have been playing the Pokemon go game since it came out and have made purchases for coins in the store. 2 days ago now I tried buying a 19.99 bundle and it declined my card. I have money on the card, enough to cover the package but it still won't allow me to buy the coins. It keeps telling me to contact Apple Support. I have written emails to both Apple and the actual game and received no response. I am unable to play the game because I need the coins to purchase more items to play it. Anyone else have this problem and how do I solve it?!?!

As your payment method was declined, try updating your billing information, including making sure that your name and address information matches the information that is on file with your bank:


Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
