Q: Connect to itunes error
I just upgrade to the newest IOS, upon completion I was prompted with a screen that has a picture of a charger connecting to iTunes. I have a 100% charge, however, I am unable to get passed this screen to access my phone. I did a few searches and I found that I need to either a) hold the home and sleep button at the same time; if that doesn't work; B) use the original cord and plug into iTunes; C) reach out to Apple support.
A) was unable to reset holding the 2 bottons
B) I don't have iTunes on my computer, if there is a work around, I don't know
C) My phone is locked, and the support on the site doesn't allow me to connect via online chat. I have a phone, but its disabled due to the upgrade, so I am unable to call.
Im sure there is an obvious fix that im overlooking. Any suggestions?
