Does anyone know where I can get QT Pro for Windows that will work on Win10? Is there even such a thing? I'm really only interested in it in order to make time lapse videos, which appears to be easiest on QT Pro.

There is no way to get Quicktime anymore.
Last version available for Windows was Quicktime 7.
