Q: I keep not getting the Security question Exactly right. Need help. I now the answers but don't recall EXACTLY how I typed it in I.e. For where did you mother and father me I know it where but not sure if I used the full city name or the  abbreviation

You will need to ask Apple's Apple ID Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
