Q: App store

I downloaded an app Vestiaire Collective on my iphone which was free & that I have been using for some time.

I wanted to access it on my ipad and downloaded the same app & then was told that I had purchased it.

Having a look at it, it looks identical but it is obviously different.  Nothing said I had to purchase it & therefore It is extremely misleading - it did not mention how much it is & therefore have no idea how much I've been charged for something I dont' want.   I do not wish to pay for it to access it on my ipad as the same is available for free.  Can you please cancel this purchase as I was totally misled.

I look forward to your response asap.

We are fellow users, these are user-to-user forums, iTunes Support are not here, we cannot potentially cancel any of your purchases - I've asked the hosts to remove your phone number from your post, it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum.

What told you that you had purchased it ? If it's the same app (developers can change the look of an app via updates) then you shouldn't have been charged. Does it show on your account's purchase history (e.g. See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support or the 'report a problem' site below) as a new purchase ? If it's a new app/purchase that you've bought  then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you (but all purchases are considered final) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
