On your video, you say that your phone also cannot see the ATVs. Did this also happen when you updated the MBP?
Have you checked the MBP firewall settings mentioned here Use AirPlay to display video from your Mac on an HDTV - Apple Support. The update may have changed them. What OS was the MBP running before the update?

All of the AppleTVs are set to auto update. As to my phone, the Remote app is displaying the "Turn on Home Sharing" screen; before the issue, it would allow you to select one of the appleTVs on the network and control it. I took a look at the system perfs per your suggestion and there are no Firewall restrictions. The last OS was 10.11.4. Here are the specs on the AppleTV...

Jul 31, 2016 5:21 PM in response to Bobby Keeneby Diana.McCall,Are the ATVs, the MBP, and the phone actually on the same VLAN, i.e. "Apple Network3"? If they are not, the router may not be forwarding the multicast packets used by the Apple Bonjour protocol. This is what lets other devices "see" the ATV. Can you see the ATV if you wake it up using the remote?
