I have made in game purchase for items in pokemon go i want a refund because the items dont work like they were advertised because of problems with in the game

You can go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com and report any issues with the App and its purchases there, as well as request a refund.

This does work normally but half the purchases work for a refund request and half dont, even if made on same day. Hopefully someone from apple will be able to elaborate on why.
