Apple TVFFirst, stop and hang on. You're doing too much in real time without real time support. At this rate you will make things much worse.
SEcond, reboot the computer and launch FCP holding opt-cmd to reset preferences.
IS all the media from your project insude the events in the Untitked library. You're going to have to move the media out and remind if this is recoverable.
