Q: trouble adding card onto watch

Adding a card to my watch. Phone keeps saying card is already in wallet after I put the security code in and press next, but does not show on watch.

intel imac, Mac OS X (10.4.10), many other computers running

When you have issues adding cards, it could be because the software on your watch and iPhone needs updating.

Make sure your iPhone iOS software is up to date. Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Make sure your Apple Watch OS software is up today. On your iPhone tap the Watch icon then tap General > Software Update
