Q: Pandora Subscription

I have subscribed to Pandora on my iPhone for approximately six months in order to remove advertisements. On July 30th, I used Pandora and now I am getting advertisements again. Unfortunately, since it was background music for a party I was hosting, I was forced to shut it off . Please, reset my account so I no longer get the advertisements? Automatic payments have been charged to my credit card each month for this service.

Hi Karen...

This is a user to user community. You are not communicating directly with Apple here.

You will have to visit the Pandora website and search for help there.

No one here can do anything about their advertisements.

You can cancel the subscription service. Help here > View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
