Q: Pandora Subscription

I have subscribed to Pandora on my iPhone for approximately six months in order to remove advertisements. On July 30th, I used Pandora and now I am getting advertisements again. Unfortunately, since it was background music for a party I was hosting, I was forced to shut it off . Please, reset my account so I no longer get the advertisements? Automatic payments have been charged to my credit card each month for this service.
