Q: iPhone 6s Plus

I can barely hear on my phone when i make a phone call. I've looked up everything i can to fix this - hearing aid toggle, volume up etc but nothing works. is this happening to anyone else?

Try the steps in this article:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

If the above steps do not help, you may have to have it tested at an Apple Store.

Is Hearing Aid Mode enabled in Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Aids ??
