Q: 2 iTunes libraries, shared Apple ID and shared email

My wife and I share one email address and one Apple ID. We have separate iTunes accounts on our mac. Recently she has started importing her CDs to iTunes. However, when we go to iTunes on our iPad it's linked to my iTunes library. iCloud is turned on. How can we see her iTunes library on our shared iPad? I've tried family sharing but with only one shared Apple ID and shared email it thinks I'm trying to invite myself.

Both of us have "share entire library" checked in the iTunes sharing preferences. Even on the mac I cannot see her iTunes library despite the sharing settings.

First off, different users should not share Apple IDs. That is not the way Family Sharing is meant to work. However, if you insist on using it that way, perhaps this article will help in your situation:

Be aware that any purchases are forever tied to an Apple ID and cannot be switched to another.
