Q: FaceTime auto logs out on keychain verification

The following error pops up after I log in to FaceTime.

FaceTime wants to use your confidential information stored in "IDS: <myemail(at)domain.com>-AuthToken" in your keychain.

Do you want to allow access to this item?

Options:    Always Allow       /       Deny  /  Allow

(see attached image - original email removed for security)

Regardless of which of these three buttons I press, it immediately logs me out of FaceTime ... EVERY TIME.

Over the last 3 months, I have used every suggestion I've found in the community forums and on Google. They include, but are not limited to the following:

Keychain First Aid, "Reset My Default Keychain," Delete Keychain/Create New, Deleting all FaceTime application support files, Deleting all FaceTime preferences, Deleting FaceTime app and reinstalling fresh from original Apple install media, Changing AppleID, Using Two-Step verification, Removing Two-Step verification, etc.

I've also done all of these and more in different sequences, for numerous attempts. There are three incomplete discussion threads on the Apple Community pages from last year where the original posting member never responded back. Perhaps they got it to work, perhaps they didn't. We'll never know.

Are there any skilled members in this forum who have actual solutions for this issue, rather than guesswork? I'd like to hear from those individuals with an explanation of how you know your solution will work. Forgive me, but three months of trial and error is past my limit; I'm looking for professional expertise, now.
