Q: disabled connect to iTunes

hello

so i just transitioned from a messed up samsung galaxy to this new iphone 6

my daughter set up my icloud, but i do not think anything has been backed up for the week ive had this phone

thus the issue is, i entered my passcode wrongly too many times and now my phone is "disabled connect to itunes"

ive heard all i can do is restore it but i will lose all my pictures especially those that have been transferred from my previous phone

would anyone know what possible way i would assure my phones pictures would not be lost?

i do not have the samsung anymore, it was a lease so i had to return that in order to get this phone

It sounds like you have a problem.

Backups need to occur before catastrophes.  What I think you're saying is you had the iPhone for a week or so, performed no backups, and now need to restore (or recover) the iPhone because you entered your password incorrectly many times.  If that's true, it's too late, and any photos taken with the iPhone are lost.

If there's a possibility the iPhone had an iCloud backup set up, you can try to restore from it once the iPhone is working again.  Follow instructions here, but do not attempt to erase your device using iTunes.  Either erase it with iCloud or Recovery Mode (assuming you never made an iTunes backup, which is likely).

ok, would you happen to know how the samsung galaxy data may have been transferred to the iphone. This was all done at a sprint store, so im wondering if i go back there would they still have a way for them to recover those pictures from the samsung.

sorry if this is confusing. i just want to assure ive exhausted every possible way i can recover those pictures before i think of a restore

This should explain how it was done.  Of course, the Sprint Store should have more information.
