Q: iphone 6s plus will go to a blank screen
ive had my phone for about 2 months now and every since i got it its been doing this thing where it will go to a blank screen to the apple logo and so forth. it will do it until i hold the home and power button, after that it just goes off. i put it into the recovery mode now to try and update or restore it and it brings up an error, like 4013. its stuck in recovery mode until it dies. i dont know what to do now. the last time it happened i had a tech go onto my computer from his and update it and it went away with no error.

Did you try these steps?
- Install the latest version of iTunes.
- Restart your computer.
- Check for updates to your Mac or PC. If you restart your computer for an update, check for updates again after you restart.
- Try to restore your device using another USB cable.
- Try to restore your device on another computer.
- Force your device to restart.
