Q: Iphone 6 Black Screen :(

I was Using my phone normaly and suddenly it gaves me black screen but still working so i reset it it works . That happened to me twice in the same day. two days ago i was working on my phone at night , i plugged it into the charger and woke up finding my phone with a black screen but still working . i tried to reset it didnt work , i pressed under the camera and flashlight didnt work , i tried everything , how could that be a hardware problems :/ now i am using my phone on voice over :/ any help ?
