Please help me i put the time fowards to 2020 for agame then i left it like that for the whole day then when came i back. to it it said on the lock screen Activation Required the i go on and it says i need to pick a internet so i click on my one then it says i cant connect to iv tried loads of other one but it dosnt work and it dosnt let me of the page iv turned it off and on and done a hard reset

It sounds like you've done a great job trying to fix this on your own. At this point the next step would be to activate by connecting to iTunes on a Mac or PC. Please make sure you have an updated version of iTunes here:
Get the latest version of iTunes
If your iPad won't activate using iTunes, the next step would be to put your iPad into recovery mode and restore it in iTunes. Since restoring is going to erase everything on your iPad, it's recommended that you back up your iPad first if you haven't done so recently. After restoring, check to see if your iPad activates.
