Sometimes my iwatch power itself down inexplicably and I have to turn it on manually .
Does anyone have the same problem ?

Make sure the battery is charged > Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Make sure you watch os is up to date. On your iPhone tap the Watch icon then tap General > Software Update
And make sure your iPhone iOS software is up today. Tap Settings > General > Software Update
my iwatch when restart has at least 60% of battery.
Software is watchos 2.2.2 and iphone 6s has ios 9.3.3

It may help to unpair and re-pair your watch. The Watch app on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch when unpairing via the app. Choose to Restore from Backup when offered the option during set up. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards, passcode).
I've done that, both on iwatch and on iphone but the problem persists .
The problem occurs only occasionally and under different conditions
