email not working after update 9.3.3

updated to 9.3.3 on iphone 5s now it keeps asking me to input apple id password multiple times and email does not work . I have rebooted the phone and sometimes I can recieve some messages but can not sennd at all. Says my email password incorrect

Hi dmhaynes1,
It appears that you're having password issues since you updated your iPhone to iOS 9.3.3. You've also mentioned that you can receive emails from time to time as well. Since I use mine to communicate with work and others throughout the day, I'd be a bit lost. I'll be more than glad to help.​
