Q: How do I get my computer to stop telling me the temperature of the mouth every five seconds I delete if form the calendar but it reappears.  If it only announced it each day once it would be ok but every day of the week every five minutes.  Why

I have Fantastical 2. BusyCal And the one that is preinstalled.  Looked at all of them seen nothing that would be causing this.  Checked ICloud seen nothing in settings.  Calendar.  I turned it off in notifications but want it to tell me my appointments just incase.

Clarification question - is temperature of the mouth? Later you post it is telling you your appointment. Can you clarify what it is telling you? If you quit 2 out of the 3 Calendar programs do the announcements stop? Try quitting the calendar programs by rotating the open one to test which one is causing the problem

Yes, and every few hours when the projection changes it updates so nice and unhelpful. Saying each day and the projected temperatures in notification center.

I'm still not sure I understand what the problem is, but try going to System Preferences/Notifications, find the 3 calendar applications, and set alert to none.

I Hope I found it in BusyCal their is a weather thing it was not active on my computer but it was on my mothers the calendars are networked and update each other.  I turned it off and it has not announced the temperature for two hours.  I tried turning off notifications but then I did not get my appointments to announce.  I hope if anyone else has this happen they will find it easer to fix I been messing with this for several month trying to get it to stop.  My mother was also complaining about it and she was the one that turned it on LOL.
