Q: AM at Apple TV

Hey!

I hope someone can help me!

I have a problem with Apple TV. I try to stream the movie from the Apple Music. The TV plays the sound. The screen displays a picture, but that's all. Film from youtube go well, regardless of device.I played movies on my computer and my iPad. It works fine. I can play music from AM on Apple TV. But the movie does not work, regardless of device. What can I do?

TV plays the sound. The Screen display a picture, but that's all.

from what you wrote that's the extent of that a movie does so it's not very clear as to the problem unless bonus material included Leonardo DiCaprio coming to your house to give you Swedish Massage.

if you have not reset your Apple TV it should restore the device to factory conditions.

Restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support

read the entire document and understand what this does before doing it in it's entirety.

I did a factory reset on the Apple TV set and shut off the power. Then I tried splea a movie from the Apple music (via my ipad) using the screen dubbing. To my surprise, there was a warning on the TV. It said that Apple TV had not lit to show the movie from the AM.

When I removed the screen dubbing played the TV only the sound, but no film. Film from Titdal, youtube and others (whatever device) works.

I have Apple TV 3rd generation. what should you do now?
