hi , my iphone 5 s is off due to ios9.3 . am not receiving any mail when i use to reset password.

my id ******* @icloud.com is found but a message : go to your account .

sometime this account is disaebled for security reason pls go to appleid.apple etc...

if i give you the ref iphone imei can you deblock it /
