Q: restore as new iphone

backup iphone to the pc as well to icloud and trying to restore.

at the first time got message saying wrong password,i change the password just to be sure and now same problem again and again.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1

Restoring from an iCloud backup is different to restoring from an iTunes backup.

 

It is not possible to change the password for an encrypted iTunes backup that has already been made.
