Q: Issues with SSH/SCP from a Cisco device to OS X 10.11

Hello, i have a new Mac with OS X 10.11, I can no longer SSH/SCP from a cisco device to this new OS X 10.11.

I have it enabled. System Perferences>Sharing>Remote Login. Can can SSH/SCP to my self.

Errors on the Cisco "SSH2 CLIENT 0:  Channel open failed, reason = 1752134516", I have been googling the heck out of this to no real solution. I then did a reinstall f the OS X 10.11 and that did not work either..

Not sure where to look but I believe it's either has to do with the permissions or the crypto...

So any help on getting better view into the OS X 10.11 side, I have been looking at the system.log via Console.app, but it's not given me a clue as to where to look..

Thanks

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
