Q: Apple Mail Wont Send/Receive Using Work WiFi

I am unable to send/receive email using my iCloud account in Apple Mail using my wifi at work. Mail functions fine for my work (exchange) address and separate university (exchange) address. Does anyone tell me if there are any settings that I can adjust in order to allow my iCloud account to send/receive through my work wifi account? Last year, I was hard-wired and able to receive (but not send). Now that I have my new laptop and can't connect over hard-wired ethernet, I need to see if I can address this.

Thanks!

    Hello Tod Wood,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you're unable to send and receive mail when using iCloud Mail at work. I know it an be very important to be able to access email in all locations. I am happy to help get this resolved with you.

The Mail Connection Doctor can help explain more about why this is occurring. To use this feature open the Mail app, then choose Window > Connection Doctor.  The following link has some additional information about the Mail Connection Doctor:
