Q: Dell laptop using Windows 10, itunes 12.2.4.2, iphone 6.  Computer recognizes phone but itunes doesn't.  I've done all updates.  Help!!

Dell laptop using Windows 10, itunes 12.2.4.2, iphone 6.  Computer recognizes phone but itunes doesn't.  I've done all updates.  I've deleted the lockdown and followed all suggestions listed on other discussion feeds.  Help!!
