Q: Sync and Playlists

I know how great it is to be able to sync your iPhone with iTunes to get stuff on your iPhone.  We can definitely see what's happening to get it syncing.

Let's make sure the computer to sync with has the latest iTunes version: Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support
