Q: Cinema Display Cinema Display Won't Turn OFF - Model: A1038 ( 20" )

What Settings do I perform to get my A1038 20" Apple Cinema Display to turn itself off as soon as I want? - 10 Minutes Preferred.

I can always turn it off by unplugging it from the adapter, of course.

NOTE:

• Henge Dock:
  • My OS X Lion , 10.7.5 , 13" , Early-2008 MacBook sits closed alongside my Cinema Display, vertically in a Henge Dock. So, its screen is always closed.
• BUTTONS:
  • Pressing the power button on the display (Bottom-Right Corner) indeed enhances the light's brightness briefly,  but then fades back to what it was before.
