Aug 2, 2016 8:22 AM in response to BDAquaby Peruguayo,Thanks BDAqua... I had tried all your suggestions, but it did not work. When I quoted the mail and restarted, the problem persisted. What worked was inactivate the account the mail was trying to use. The program looked for the next account available and here I now received the message had not left the mailbox. I deleted it and now it worked again. Again, thanks!
