These are Themes, not effects.
It is not possible for third party developers to create new effects for Keynote, only Apple can do that.

The only way at this time to get new effects (transitions, builds or actions) is when Apple update Keynote with new effects. The is no facility for effects to be added by third party developers.
A coventry man then, I used to meet with programmers at the national computing centre there, many years ago!

Jon, aside from it being sideways with the terms of the site, posting your contact/social media information here gets it indexed by Google (and spammers) for millenia.
