Hi folks,
I have an iPad Pro with iOS 9.3.3 which I plan to use for a kiosk on a store.
The store is open from 10AM to 9PM, so naturally, I'd like to configure the iPad to go to sleep, turn off the screen or totally reduce the brightness from 9PM until 10AM, is this possible?
I tried the Night Shift option with "More Warm", but it is not really dark.
Thoughts?

Hello... You can't do that with the standard IOS. The only thing you can so is don't put any passcode so customers can open an unlock at any time and set the brightness to AUTO.

Do you know of any app that allow to wake up the iPhone using single or double tap when the iPhone is locked instead of swiping right?

You have a few options that will help you achieve some measure of what you are asking.
1) Go to Settings> General> Display & Brightness
Under the "Display & Brightness" menu, you will notice a slider switch for an option labeled "Auto-Brightness". Activate this option by sliding to the right. All iPads, iPhones and even Macs are equipped with an ambient light sensor that allows the device to detect how bright the screen needs to be in relation to the operating environment, and as such, will dim or brighten the display accordingly.
2) By default, the iPad should put the screen to sleep after a specified amount of inactivity on the device. If you have chosen for the device to never be put to sleep, you can change this setting by going to General> Settings> Auto-Lock
Under the "Auto-Lock" menu you can choose for the device to put itself to sleep in one minute increments ranging from 1-5 minutes (e.g. you can have the device go to sleep after 1 minute, or 2 minutes of inactivity). Of course, this solution means that anyone using the device throughout the day will have to wake the device themselves, but this option saves you the trouble of having to press the Sleep/Wake button yourself at the end of the night if your device is set to never put the display to sleep.
3) According to Apple's demonstration at WWDC, "Slide-To-Unlock" is going to be replaced by double tapping the home button to unlock a phone that is not protected with Touch ID. So as far as your final request is concerned, you just have to be patient.

1, done already along with Night Shift.
2, the iPad will be on a station that covers the Home button and the Wake/Sleep buttons.
3, I read this online, I guess this feature will come out on iOS 10, right?
