I did try clicking on mute, and then clicking to unmute- I have restarted, also- oddly enough, the alert sounds work, but when I try iTunes, nothing will play. It seems to be related to iTunes; when I click on a site in Safari, the sound works. So, an iTunes problem. ideas?

I went through iTunes preferences, and anywhere that sound was involved; apparently Airplay had changed the sound to one of the Apple Tvs, so I just switched it back. Sometimes you just need someone else to "hover" and "suggest" so that you think of other alternatives. Thanks!!
