Help! The Apple keyboard is not fully functional after upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10.

The keyboard functions like "shift + arrow down" is not functioning after upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my MacBook Air. Neither does the "shift + fn + alt +f11" key capture active screenshots anymore.

I've downloaded the Windows 10 driver updates from the Apple website and have installed with no change in issues.
