    Safe Mode disables most drivers.

Disconnect any USB devices then restart your Mac.

Remove all third-party peripherals, especially, USB disks and hubs. Restart into Safe Mode and see if the panics cease. Also, see the following article links:

You are not even getting to MacOS. It is dying as it is starting up:

    Mac OS version:

    Not yet set

    Kernel version:

    Darwin Kernel Version 15.6.0: Thu Jun 23 18:25:34 PDT 2016; root:xnu-3248.60.10~1/RELEASE_X86_64

    loaded kexts:

You have not been able to Mount the boot drive, and your Mac has attempted to run fileSystemCheck (fsck), and crashed while running the File System check. I am very surprised you can run in Safe Mode. There is either 'something deadly on your Boot Drive', and it is crashing fsck.

    --OR--

you may have a memory problem. To look for that, examine any other kernel panic reports you can find.

¿are they for the same reason, with the same extensions (USB Drivers) showing?

--If yes, you have found the exact reason for the panics.

--If No, you have a non-Trend, which is strongly indicative of a RAM memory problem. MacOS slightly randomizes the load addresses of key routines as a check against fixed-Address hacking, so the panic reasons will shift, even if the RAM address that is not working is identical. If your RAM is upgradeable, now may be a great time to do it.

I think your MacBook Pro has bad memory stick(s), reseat or replace them then reboot and see if kernel panic disappears.
