Songs Not Transferring To iPhone

Operating using Windows 10 and the latest version of iTunes and the latest ios on an iphone 5s. I wish to move some songs from the itunes to the iphone but whenever I drag and drop the song from the library it doesn't stick. When I try and move it manually, I get no option to manually move videos and music, just manually move videos, giving me no way to transfer my songs.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.3, Windows 10 and iTunes 12.2.4

Hey there iwonderhowlongyourusernamecanb!

I'd want to be able to manage the content on my iPhone as well. It's key to get all the stuff on your iPhone that you want.

Since you mention that you're trying to manually manage content and it only says to move videos, it can be that Apple Music and iCloud Music Library is on. Check in Settings > Music on your iPhone.

If that's on, then you can update the iCloud Music Library in iTunes on the computer so those songs appear available on the iPhone.

However, to get to where you manually manage both and Apple Music is on, you'll need to disable iCloud Music Library. Then the option to manually manage both music and videos should be there.

Best wishes!
