Q: iCloud Security Code Invalid Payment Method Wrong/Error

Every time when I put in the RIGHT CVV it says it's wrong. Can someone explain to this on why this keeps happening? I can't update my phone or anything and it's getting annoying and even on my mac. Can someone help me please?
