Hello, after joining the APPLE DISCUSSION BOARD community I am getting 1000s of email notification everyday. any one will help me how to stop that PLEASE ....

Click on your name in blue at the top of the screen, then click on Preferences, and then turn off whichever E-Mail options you do not want to get.
You should also check to see what forums and threads you are subscribed to.
i have turned off all of them , still i am getting emails notifications.
Check your account's preferences page and change the email settings so that you no longer get emails for Content I'm following. You can set the other options to suit your taste.
If you want to continue to receive some emails for some threads see your following communities to unsubscribe from any communities (one, Using iPhone) and your following content to unsubscribe from individual threads (eighteen including this one). You can use the gear icons to unfollow items. Following Using iPhone will be causing the deluge.
If Content I'm following is already off, and you're still receiving emails, try turning it on, save the change then turn it off and save again.

I would recommend taking tt2's advice at the END of his post = UNfollow the Using iPhone forum (possibly THE most active forum in ASC)
I would never turn off the "light switches" on the preferences page if I had participated in any threads, especially if I authored question(s)
You'll have to then go in and see what you are subscribed to and un-follow it to stop the e-mails.
At the top of this thread for instance you should see a dark grey "Following" button click it to unfollow this thread.
You'll need go through the other forums and posts you are following and unfollow them.
If you disable all email you can check for replies to earlier questions using this following discussions link which you could bookmark. It will highlight any threads with new activity since you last viewed them.
