"Report Junk" link is missing in iMessage

On my updated iPhone 6, my iPad Air 2, my Macbook, and my iMac, I get spam text messages with these social engineering phishing schemes and I cant find where the blue "report spam" or "report junk" link is???

These contacts are certainly NOT added to my address book.

How do I report these spammers to Apple and to get these messages to stop? I've already reported had my number on the National Do Not Call Registry for many years.

An example is below:

I believe tthat this feature works only with iMessages, not text messages.

Here's what Apple suggests you should do:

Email Apple to report spam or junk

If you don't have iOS 8.3 or later, you can send an email to imessage.spam@apple.com with this information:

To report SMS and MMS messages, contact your carrier.
